Donation Regulations

The website www.globalai.life is administered by the GAIA Foundation (hereinafter: GAIA), 18 Karolinki Street, 02-635 Warsaw, NIP: 521-39-20-431, KRS: 0000883665. The website allows online payments to be made to the Foundation in order to support its statutory activities.

Making a donation

1. Donations will only be used for activities consistent with our statutory objectives.
2. Using our website, you can decide to make a one-off donation, i.e. a one-time declared amount of money to GAIA.
3. Donations can be made in two ways:
a. pay one of the amounts suggested on the website or any amount provided by you (by entering its value in the box provided for this purpose), which takes place using the Stripe.com system and the payment operator.
b. through a transfer made by the donor to the account of GAIA provided on the website of GAIA.
4. GAIA does not store the donor's credit or debit card details. These data are stored by the Payment Operator.
5. Details of online payments are specified in the regulations available on the website: www.stripe.com
6. Making a donation using the Stripe.com system or by traditional transfer to the bank account of GAIA is tantamount to accepting these Regulations.

Resignation from making a donation

The donor has the right to request the return of the donation within 7 days of its payment. In order to obtain a refund, please contact info@globalai.life. In the title of the e-mail, please provide your name and surname and the words "Donation resignation". The donation will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Deposit security

We protect your payments with a secure SSL certificate. Thanks to it, all information sent is encrypted. In order to make payments, we use secure Stripe payment operators.
